The manicured landscape for use has been designed to remove the boundaries and flow to the natural greenery.
The infrastructure of two independent residential buildings, swimming and ornamental pools along with their independent service and annexes have been built on a total of 12 acres of land without forestalling the comfort requirements and landscape.
The landscape composed of the Mediterranean flora and regional endemic plants, has been assembled around the centuries old *olive and pistachio trees. It is possible to observe different kinds of birds and insects in lieu to changing seasons due to the fact that controlled fertilization and application of pesticides. This at the same time allows to preserve the richness of the natural life in the land and surroundings.
